Question: How long is a session?
Answer: We dont have sessions, we have on going month to month enrollment
Question: Do I need to enroll my child every month?
Answer: No, your child's enrollment will automatically roll-over into a new month. You must cancel with 2 weeks notice via your parent portal, email to avoid on going charges.
(Please note Team Level students have year round enrollment)
Question: How do I cancel enrollment?
Please e-mail, or use your parent portal to DROP and pick Drop Enrollment date, Written notification to the front desk. (not on a "post it note" please. it gets lost easily) Please Do Not just tell a coach you are dropping!
Question: When is payment due?
Answer: Payment is due on the 1st of the month and late charges will be charged after the 10th
Question: How do I make a payment?
Answer: Payments are accepted online, or in the payment box on the wall of the office.
Question: What happens if my child is not able to make it to class?
Answer: We will periodically offer a Make up Class. Make Up class announcements will be made one week prior and on line enrollment is required to get a spot in the Make up class.
Question: What do the students wear? Kids should wear soft secure snug clothing, no buttons or zippers , no jewelry that can get snagged (earring studs are fine) & tie hair up , clean feet and hands please. glasses should be secured with a strap.

☐ Sign paper copy of policies and payment agreement
☐ Pay at the beginning of each month (either online or in the payment box at the office)
