CLASSES FILL UP QUICKLY!
Gymnastic Classes Overview: In every class students will practice on vault, bars, beam, floor and the trampoline.
They will learn techniques and disciplines that aide in teaching body awareness as well as a knowledge basis of skills that will help them further there path in gymnastics or to whichever road they take!
Class Payments: If the child has never attended a class at our facility then an annual registration and insurance fee is required.
Classes are paid at the beginning of each Month . There are no roll over credits. No Prorations for missed classes. Make up classes are available. If the payment for the session is not made within the first two weeks a late fee will be assessed and the student will not be able to continue training until a payment is made or the office manager authorized it.

Tot Open Gym: (60 min) Age Range: 6 months to 4 years
Adults and children participate together through an obstacle course designed to strengthen the child’s: hand-eye coordination, balance, motor skills, creativity and socialization. Perfect for a toddler that is gaining their balance and/or learning how to follow directions! Parents must supervise.
Twinklers: (45 min) Age Range: 3 years to 5 years
Classes designed for young students who are eager to learn and follow direction well. They will be challenged to use hand-eye coordination as well as balance and motor skills. Parents are encouraged to assist child in class.
Main skills focused on Forward rolls, Backward rolls, Straight/Tuck/Straddle jumps.
Kindergym ( formerly shining starz): (1 hour) Age Range: 5 to 7yrs
Classes designed to test and challenge student’s flexibility, movement and control. Basic skill development begins and students become aware of gymnastics terminology. The importance of stretching is emphasized and students become aware of their bodies through hand-eye coordination drills and skill building lessons. Key Skills: Donkey Kicks, Forward Rolls, Straight Jumps, Tuck Jumps, Straddle Jumps.
Beginning Gym: (1 hour) Age Range: 7 and up
This class introduces students to the foundational skills that they will need to be successful in gymnastics. Students will learn gymnastics terminology, the basic gymnastics shapes (tuck, pike, and straddle), and basic stretches and strength drills. These students will be introduced to a variety of gymnastics events including floor, vault, balance beam, uneven bars, and parallel bars using equipment that is safe for beginners. Key Skills: Donkey Kicks and Forward Rolls (Floor), Stretch Jump (Vault), Backward Walks (Balance Beam), Straddle Hang.
Beginning Gym 2 (formerly REC 1): (1hr min) Age: Based on Skill Level
Students have proven that they can follow direction and listen well. These students will be introduced to a variety of gymnastic events including floor, vault, balance beam, uneven bars, and parallel bars using equipment that is safe for beginners. Key Skills: Donkey Kicks and Forward Rolls (Floor), Stretch Jump (Vault), Backward Walks (Balance Beam), Straddle Hang (Uneven Bars)
Intermediate ( formerly REC 2): (1hr 30min) Age: Based on Skill Level
Students have mastered basic gymnastics skills. As gymnasts progress it takes more time to master new skills due to gaining the proper muscle strength and body control. Gymnasts can expect that it will be longer before they advance to the next level. Key Skills: Handstand Forward Roll and Bridge Kickover (Floor), Dive Roll (Vault), Tuck Jump and Scale (Balance Beam), Pullover and Back Hip Circle (Uneven Bars).
Advanced Gym ( formerly REC 3): (1hr 30min) Age: Based on Skill Level
Students at this level are beginning to explore movements and skills on all events that require “flipping” and spinning. The extended class time gives students the practice they need to build the solid foundation required for entirely new skill sets. We encourage these students to also take advantage of our back hand spring and tumbling clinics that are held on the first Saturday of every month. Key Skills: Front Handspring and Back Handsprings with a spotter (Floor), Punch to Handstand Fall Flat (Vault), Half Turn and Handstand (Balance Beam), Mill Circle and Front Hip Circle (Uneven Bars).
Acro Gymnastics 1: (5yrs.-up) A class of extraordinary balance, agility and motor coordination. Students work ﬂexibility, strength and partner stunts and skills. This class is a fun and challenging.
Pre-Requisites are: Cartwheel, Handstand, Standing Bridge, Forward & Backward Roll
All Star Cheer & Tumbling with Lori Speas: (2 Hours) Age Range: 8+
Coach Lori Speas is creating an amazing cheer class that will increase performance ability, timing and synchronization. 45 minutes will be spent on Cheer and the last 45 minutes of class will focus on perfecting tumbling used in performance.
Tumbling Only Gym: (1.0 hours) Age Range: Based on Skill Level 1 hour class. This class is to work only tumbling skills. Students use spring ﬂoors, spring boards and trampolines to understand skills. This is a great class for any cheerleaders who want to improve their ﬂipping or an athlete who wants to understand tumbling skills.
Cheer Skills & Conditioning: ( 1 hour ) ages 7 and up: This class focuses on cheer movements, tumbling, & flexibility. Keeping the kids fit and prepared for the upcoming cheer season or as addition to current training for cheer teams
Ninja Challenge ( 1 hour) ages 6-14
This class is fun and challenging. Focusing on fitness, fun , agility and competition within the class.
Starting with some warm up, stretching, drill then challenging the kids in a timed obstacle course of jumping, balancing, climbing, crawling and grabbing, pulling and swinging. Finishing up with some conditioning to build strength & balance.
Tiny Ninjas Challenge ( 45 min) ages 3-5
This class will focus on coordination, balance and fun. We will concentrate of the basic desires of the kids to do simple tumbling, crawling, jumping, hanging and balance throughout our obstacle course. They will learn to assist each other and use encouragement to reach a goal.This class incorporates fundamental ﬁtness skills with gym, conditioning and a ninja obstacle course. This is a great way to give your child a work out and have fun doing it. Rope swings, rings, trampolines, monkey bars all in a safe padded facility.
Team Level 1 - 4+: Age Range: Based on Skill Level (approved by coaching staff)
Highest levels of gymnastics. Ready to compete or in preparation for competition.

Kids Hip Hop Dance Jr. & Sr. Classes : ages 7 and up: This class is hop hop dance instruction with the kids participating in music and choreography to produce a final group dance performace

Twinklers: (3-5yrs.) A challenging class for toddlers to work with a teacher on basic equipment and exercises. Students use trampolines, bars, ropes and learn beginning tricks.
Tiny Ninja Challenge: (3-5yrs.) This class incorporates fundamental ﬁtness skills with gym, conditioning and a ninja obstacle course. This is a great way to give your child a work out and have fun doing it. Rope swings, rings, trampolines, monkey bars all in a safe padded facility.
Kindergym: (5-7yrs.) 1 hour class. This workout strengthens, builds conﬁdence and gives the athlete goals to set for themselves. Kindergym uses all events and equipment including ropes, trapeze, bars, spring boards and conditioning stations. The class is designed to give the student a best workout for their age building skills for all sports!
Beginning Gym : (6yrs.-up) 1 hour class. This class challenges and excites working all the beginning skills for basic gymnastics. Students use all the equipment and events. Trampoline and conditioning station are also incorporated. Classes work multiple skills while challenging students potential.
Ninja Challenge: (6-14yrs.) 1 hour class. Push your child to stay active this year with the Ninja Obstacle Courses. These classes are not only exciting and fun but the build strength, agility, concentration and speed. Obstacle courses use trampolines, ropes, trapeze, swing-lines, monkey bars, bars, conditioning stations and much, much more. See if your athlete has what it takes to ﬁnish one.
Tumbling Only (6yrs.-up) 1 hour class. This class is to work only tumbling skills. Students use spring ﬂoors, spring boards and trampolines to understand skills. This is a great class for any cheerleaders who want to improve their ﬂipping or an athlete who wants to understand tumbling skills.
1.5-Hour Classes PRICES $90/ $150/ $180/ $200 (All 1.5 hr. classes are based off skill level requirements)
Intermediate Gym: As step up from beginning gym. This class has harder skills and conditioning.
Advanced Gym: The highest level of gymnastic skills and conditions and ﬂexibility.
Pre-Team LV. 1-2: Pre-Team is the start of competition for USA Gymnastics. Athletes will learn skills and routines for competition. All team members must meet all qualiﬁcations for this level and are specialty selected by the instructors. Competitive Team Gymnastics LV. 3-8: USA Competitive Gymnastics Levels are designed for competing at the USA OLYMPIC standards. Team Member will learn leveled routines and compete with other gymnastics facilities trying to earn a score to the yearly state meets.
EXTRA CLASSES OPEN GYM: The gym is set up to come and have fun using the different equipment and courses as a free- play. There is no teacher and parents must stay with children. Students may come on any of the days open for free play to use punch card.
NINJA CHALLENGE OPEN:(6-12 yrs.) Ninja courses are set and ready to do as a open- play time to workout by yourself. See if you can beat the challenge time or even get through the courses. There is no instructor but floors are supervised.
