The Mendocino Starz Gymnastics Team is currently Competeing Artistic Gymnastics withiin the NGA
(National gymnastics Association) League. Our Current Team conisists of Womens LevelS 3 & 4. Competing on all 4 womens apparatuses. Uneven Parallel Bars , Balance Beam, Vault and Floor Tumbling.. Our competition Season runs from January through June. Training is Year round with a minimum committment of 6 hours a week. Increasing as Levels increase..
